This is a 5-day workshop. All classes run 9 – 4 pm each day with lunch included from 12 – 1 pm.

Throughout the 5 days, you will learn various techniques and skills to sculpt and shape cardboard into stunning and intricate sculptures. Under the guidance of instructor David Hunwick, you will explore the world of fabulous beasts, drawing inspiration from mythologies and folklore. From majestic dragons to mystical unicorns, you will have the chance to create your own unique and awe-inspiring creatures.
No prior sculpting experience is required, as this workshop is designed for both beginners and experienced artists alike. By the end of the workshop, you will have s stunning sculpture that showcases your imagination and artistic abilities. David studied sculpture at Ravensbourne College of Art and Design in London, then trained as a teacher of Art and Design gaining his PGCE. He has been teaching and exhibiting ever since. He was a regular exhibitor at the Royal Scottish Academy in Edinburgh, and exhibited at the Whitworth Gallery in Manchester at the New Contemporaries show.
In 2001, David moved to Canada and continued to teach and exhibit.
