Since first coming across SAORI weaving, Terri Bibby has immersed herself in the philosophy and practice of SAORI. The freedom, the colour, the textures and the beautiful philosophy of SAORI was life-changing.
She has been offering classes, workshops and retreats in her studio on Salt Spring Island since 2007. Topics include weaving, warping, the SAORI philosophy and clothing design. Her own weaving is inspired by the ever-changing colours and textures of nature that surround her.
Terri is a member of the SAORI Leaders’ Committee based in Japan. The SAORI Salt Spring Weaving Studio is part of the SAORI Global Network of registered studios.
