Fredi Rahn is a potter and educator based in Vancouver, BC. She has taught the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts for 30 years, as well Place des Arts and other community-based arts programs. She was a sessional faculty at Emily Carr University from 1991-2013 and has given visiting artist workshops for diverse groups across North America.
Her personal ceramics practice has always revolved around utilitarian tableware, as a platform from which to explore form, pattern, surface, and process.
