Visual artist and educator Connie Michele Morey holds a BFA in visual arts from the University of Lethbridge as well as an MEd in art Education and a studio-based PhD from the University of Victoria. She has over twenty years of experience teaching a range of post-secondary studio courses, including drawing, sculpture, contemporary craft and community art at Camosun College and the University of Victoria.
Her approach to teaching focuses on creating an inclusive, accessible classroom environment for diverse learners while supporting the development of individual voice, and creative idea development and technical necessary to communicate through art.
